Refunds and Returns Policy
1. Order Approval and Proofing
Before production begins, we will send you a digital proof of your artwork for review and approval.
Please check the proof carefully for design accuracy, spelling, color, layout, and size.
Once artwork is approved, Wi-Print Africa will proceed with production and no changes or cancellations can be made.
2. Custom and Printed Products
All our products are custom-made and printed to order. For this reason, refunds or returns are not accepted unless the item you receive is faulty or differs significantly from the approved proof.
Please note that minor color variations may occur due to differences in screen and printer calibrations; this is considered normal in the printing industry and not grounds for a refund or reprint.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If the product delivered is defective, damaged, or not as approved, please notify us in writing within 5 working days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
After review, Wi-Print Africa will gladly assist by offering a replacement or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
4. Order Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery or collection.
Failure to report issues within 5 working days of delivery will be deemed as acceptance that the order is complete and satisfactory.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our work, the following items are non-returnable:
Personalized or custom-printed products (e.g., signage, banners, T-shirts, posters)
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect installation by the customer
6. Cancellation of orders
Receipt of deposit will be regarded as confirmation of order.
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged on confirmed orders, if cancelled before printing has commenced. If printing has commenced, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
