1. Introduction
Welcome to Wi-Print Africa, an online printing and signage company offering custom printing, branding, and signage solutions.
By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products and Services
Wi-Print Africa provides a range of services including, but not limited to:
Custom printing (flyers, business cards, banners, clothing, etc.)
Signage design, fabrication, and installation
Digital design and branding solutions
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Quotations
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices displayed online are subject to change without notice.
Custom quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Additional costs may apply for design work, revisions, special materials, or express delivery.
4. Orders and Artwork Submission
Orders can be placed directly through our website or by email.
You are responsible for ensuring that all details (product, quantity, size, artwork, and delivery address) are correct before confirming your order.
Artwork files must meet our print specifications (resolution, format, bleed, etc.).
Wi-Print Africa is not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including spelling, layout, or color discrepancies.
Once the final digital proof has been approved, no further changes can be made.
5. Payment Terms
All online orders require 100% payment upfront before production.
Payments can be made securely via EFT, debit/credit card supported by wallet doc, or mobile payment gateways supported on our site.
Orders will not enter production until payment has been confirmed.
In case of payment disputes, Wi-Print Africa reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders until resolved.
6. Production and Turnaround Time
Production starts after artwork approval and full payment.
Standard turnaround times vary depending on the product and order volume.
Delays caused by power outages, supplier shortages, or courier delays are beyond our control.
We will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately.
Estimated delivery dates are for guidance only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are dispatched.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information; redelivery fees may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect details.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled before printing or production starts.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Since our products are custom-made, no refunds or returns will be accepted unless goods are defective or damaged.
Any refund approved by management will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Wi-Print Africa reserves the right to refuse a refund if the issue resulted from client error or negligence.
9. Reprints and Quality Claims
All claims for printing errors or defects must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
The client must provide photographic evidence or return samples for inspection.
If Wi-Print Africa is at fault, we will, at our discretion, reprint or replace the affected items.
Minor color variations or material differences are considered acceptable within industry standards.
10. Design Ownership and Copyright
All designs, layouts, and artwork created by Wi-Print Africa remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
The client warrants that any artwork provided is owned or licensed and does not infringe on any copyright or trademark.
Wi-Print Africa reserves the right to use completed projects in marketing materials, online portfolios, or social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
Wi-Print Africa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from product use, delays, or non-delivery.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the order.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, handling, or storage by the client.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Wi-Print Africa is committed to protecting your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Customer data is used only for order processing, communication, and marketing (where consented).
We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.
13. Force Majeure
Wi-Print Africa will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, equipment failure, power outages, or government restrictions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, making payment, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
